At Alter Ego, we want you to love every transformation, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all beauty essentials. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely tape it to your original shipping box.

  Package and Ship

  Ensure the products are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
